ABOUT

An experienced advocate and committed ally

PATRICK WARD DUNPHY | OWNER & PRINCIPAL

Prior to launching this venture, Patrick served as partner and strategy director for The Medley Project, a social impact branding, marketing, and design agency he co-founded and led with the company’s creative director.

Before Medley, Patrick held a multitude of diverse roles over 11 years working for a national not-for-profit education organization during a time of consistent growth and expansion. There he built a unique skill set and ability to adapt through his work in development and fundraising, event planning and program implementation, stakeholder communications, board support and operations, and strategic initiatives.

Patrick approaches this work with a deep understanding of the many roadblocks social impact organizations face in achieving sustainability; a willingness to take on any challenge; and a belief that human-centered solutions are always the most powerful.

“Patrick possesses the ability to quickly gain an understanding of the client’s brand and vision for a project, maintains strong communication, offers meaningful suggestions for continuous improvement, and produces a product that exceeds expectations.”

CORE BELIEFS

Craft your messaging with care. Words give shape to what’s possible, open minds to new meaning, and inspire action. When you’re intentional about what you say, your promise has more power.

Words Matter

Finding solutions customized to your unique needs takes time, traveling down an unfamiliar road, and a little trial and error. It can feel messy at times, but your true colors will shine through.

Be Open (& Patient)

That’s right, SMALL. As in details, details, details. You already have the big idea - that’s why you’re doing what you’re doing. But the details are what will make your brand stand apart.

Think Small

Each interaction a member of your organization has with clients, supporters and donors is an opportunity to represent your mission with passion and purpose; because you never know what is going to light that spark.

You Never Know

Conducting an honest assessment to understand how (and why) people see and respond to your mission is essential to connecting with your key audiences the way you intend.

Embrace Perceptions

Doing more does not always equate to doing better. If you keep sight of why you started, who you serve, and being the best at what you do, the impact you make will run deeper and last longer.
