ABOUT
Hamdard Health Alliance is a federally-qualified community healthcare organization providing medical, behavioral health, and supportive services to diverse, under-resourced populations in greater Chicagoland’s north and west sides. As the organization approached its thirtieth anniversary, they identified a need to reposition themselves in the community healthcare space with a visual and verbal identity that was more representative of their longevity and impact.
PROJECT SCOPE
• Verbal and visual identity refresh, including name, tagline, mission, and values
• Core positioning, brand messaging strategy, and revamped tone and voice guidelines
• Website redesign, content development, and information architecture
• Seasonal multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook and Google Ads
